Where do I find my model and serial number?
On most built-in refrigerators the tag is inside the fresh-food section near the top or behind the top grille. On ranges and ovens it is usually on the frame when you open the oven door or behind the kick plate. A photo of the tag is the easiest thing to send us.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the house, don't switch anything on or off, and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. Book a repair once the utility has made the area safe.
How much is the inspection fee?
Inspection fee is $95, only $79 when you book online. We inspect and diagnose the appliance at your home, then give you the repair price to approve before any work begins.
Do you guarantee your repairs?
Yes. Every repair we complete comes with a 1-year warranty. If the same problem comes back within a year, we come back and make it right.
What are your hours?
We're open every day from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and until 6:30 pm on Saturdays.
